    I will be visiting a eco-development in Atenas where 20 houses only will be built. From the developper, apparently the weather is incredible. Anyone knows this area? Is it very windy since it seems to be at about 1000ft altitude in the mountains? Any comments about this area?.. Thank you… Denis from Montreal

    I have driven through Atenas many times and have often thought it would be a great place to live. BEAUTIFUL! Be interested in info on the development.

    We are looking in Atenas, too…what is the name of the 20 home dev’t? Perhaps we are familiar with it.

    The name is villa picaflores. unfortunately since my objective is to rent the place until 15 years when I will retire, I had to change my perspective by finding a villa easier to rent. therefore, I will be looking at a Villa in Belize (Ambergris cayes) on the beach for easier rentals.
