Bill Clinton in Costa Rica Today

But is it just me? Or does anyone else smell the hypocrisy in the air that surrounds this “sustainability” forum?

Coca Cola is also attending the Costa Rica “sustainability” forum… Visit [ http://killercoke.org/ ] or Google Coca Cola pollution and you’ll find a few not-so-sustainable type stories and…

Dole Foods is also present at the Costa Rica “sustainability” forum… Dole is the company which poisoned banana workers in Nicaragua with a pesticide which had been previously banned in the U.S.

if any of you continue to buy a Dole banana, you really need to go visit a banana plantation first and talk to some of the workers, which is what we did when we were working on Neotropica — the Banana Chronicles (www.neotropica.info) — we were literally chased out of there and they wanted my camera but they didn’t get it. Dole is no different than UFC — all they care about is profit, the workers don’t matter one whit, they never have and they never will. i hope they win in court and get big fat settlements because they are going to need that money to treat the illnesses they will get from working on this awful plantations! Buy Criolla bananas but do NOT support Dole.

Any time you have an American President visiting Costa Rica it can’t be a good thing. America is no longer a sovereign nation “of by and for the people” but rather is part of a Multinational corporatocracy where the only thing that matters is the profit of corporations.

Corporations buy the politicians and the politicians lick the boots of their corporate and bankster bosses.

I realize this isn’t a political forum but unfortunately when speaking of Clinton or Obama or Bush or any of these representatives of the Multinational kabala, I can’t help myself.

One reason for being in Costa Rica is to try to IGNORE these jerks.
