    Greetings all,

    My wife and I are planning to retire to Costa Rica in four years. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas in terms of purchasing and owning either a sailboat or power boat in Costa Rica. I have been getting conflicting information here in the U.S., some say buy in Costa Rica; others say buy in the U.S.

    The best thing to do is visit Costa Rica and the place(s) where you want to be with your boat.
    It is very expensive !
