Thinking about looking into this Concase development for buying rental units. Does anyone have any thoughts on this place, good or bad. Will this area of San Jose be an appreciating area or would these inexpensive units maintain current or lesser value over the upcoming years.
If you would like some advice about this project you will need to provide a website or directions to where it is located so someone who lives here and understands the current real estate market can give you an opinion.
