    This short and amusing video was not filmed in Costa Rica (look how new, clean and tidy the offices are) but it’s pretty close to reality, don’t you think?

    I think all Latin countries have this bureaucrazy! It started 500 years ago with the Spanish keeping meticulous records of every damn thing. This is pretty accurate and funny!!
