I’m moving to Costa Rica.Will i be able to find an apartment for $100,000? Where in Costa Rica is the best place to live when you don’t have a car? and for how much can i buy a car? ( a cheap one)..
I think i will have to leave everything.How much will i need more or less for furniture etc?..Thanks in advance

Thanks.June 20, 2010 at 8:58 pm #165214maravillaMemberif you’re going to live here you will need residency unless you want to leave the country every 90 days or pay a hefty fine for not leaving. it’s not just so simple to say you want to buy an apartment and then live in costa rica. i doubt even the dictator would allow someone to just move to Venezuela and set up shop without minding some rules. you might be better off renting an apartment. should there be a regime change in your own country, you may be saddled with something you can’t easily sell.

I’m not asking for information on residency. You are answering something im not asking.
