    The CAJA is a very important benefit. Thank you all for the response. I own a Villa in Esterillos Oeste and am being driven out of the US by rising costs and lowered tolerance level. One more question… Where can I found out the costs of joining CAJA?

    Monthly fees are based on income but the ballpark figure is between $25 and $40 a month, if you are collecting social security.
