Can an investor with a US (internet) brokerage account, continue to trade stocks while residing in CR? Is it difficult to have financial disbursements transfered from the US brokerage to a CR banK?
There should be no problem whatsoever in trading from Costa Rica as long as you have good internet access.
There should be no problem wiring money to Costa Rica either but obviously you would need a Costa Rican bank account in the exact same name as your US bank account.

What I would do is to have all of my U.S. stock dividends and sell transactions direct-deposited to my U.S. bank checking account, then use my ATM card to withdraw from that account in Costa Rica.
