Does anyone know if you can still return to Costa Rica with less than six months left on their Canadian Passport?
If you have Permanent residency here, you will be fine. As a tourist, I personally wouldn’t risk it. “All passengers need a passport and there must be at least six months remaining before the passport expires” is what I am reading at multiple websites.
I have seen folk be refused boarding for this reason.
It is up to the discretion of the person at the airport.

Yes you can return. I just did and talked to immigration at airport.
Costa Rica Required VALID PASSPORT on arrival.
Panana 30 days.
If you have to change to a connecting flight in the USA, you may encounter the 6 month rule so check with your airline, and get their opinion.
