Has anyone purchased in the Catalina Cove development? They have larger homes, patio style homes and condos in the works. Seems professional and on the up and up, but I would love to hear from someone who has bought from them or someone with knowledge of this area. Many thanks! I understand the Hyatt is building a $300 million hotel and golf course right near this area, and I was wondering if buying in there now might be a good investment. Scott…anyone??
