    My husband and I will be coming to Costa Rica in December for about 3 months to check out different areas to live. While we are here we would like to get some cosmetic surgery done. Would love some input from anyone who has had any cosmetic work done in Costa Rica. What surgeons did you use? Where did you stay, etc. Also, any advice on long term rental places in the Northern Pacific region? Thanks in advance for the help.
