I wanted to share with you my recent experience with Costa developers who are developing three properties near Jaco.
Briefly, I signed a reservation agreement with Costa Developers in August 2007. My wife and we visited the property Costa Reserva in January 2008. We liked what we saw and picked a beautiful mountain view lot. We received our purchase agreement via fed ex a few days later. by that time, my wife had a change of hearts and we asked Costa to terminate the agreement. Our reservation deposit was returned to us promptly.Throughout this relationship, Costa Developers exhibited professionalism, integrity and took no expense to treat us with utmost respect. Their people were knowledgeable and they seem to have their systems and plans in good order.
I am writing this post because in the process of investigating the Costa Developers I cam across information on this web site that was not favorable to this developer. I wanted to let reader know that our experience has been excellent and all promises and representations were kept. I would not hesitate to recommend Costa Developers to any of my friends.
Finally, I am not an employee nor do I have any interest in the Company. In fact, I don’t expect to have any contact with them in the foreseeable future.
