I’VE BEEN SPEAKING WITH THE SALES STAFF AT COSTA DEVELOPERS IN REFERENCE TO THEIR COSTA MONTANA PROJECT AND I AM CONSIDERING PURCHASING A LOT. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFORMATION ON THIS PROJECT? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR ALL YOUR HELP.

We have also been talking with Costa Developers and would be interested in any information about them, the area which is nearest to Tarcoles/ Tarcoles beach.

The Tarcoles river is the main river that carries much of the raw sewage from San José out to the sea. I would suggest that this is not the best place to bathe.

Having said that, it is an easy drive to Jaco from here…

The pre-development land prices have increased since before December. Last I heard, it cost 70,000 for mountain view, 150,000 for some ocean view,
200,000 for panarama view lots.

but do they really own the land outright?

What do you mean do they own the land outright? We are going down in mid-May and I would like to know what kind of documents we should look for…..other than a title to the land.
