Costa Montana

I have not seen any posts concerning Costa Developers lately. I am wondering if Nera and others are happy they bought in to Esterillos? We are a retirement couple who bought into Costa Montana after having Jose F. review the contracts, and after our concerns were alleviated by a lengthy in-depth discussion with the professional Costa Rican staff. We are happy to see the entrance and club house are nearly completed so we are feeling better about the investment given the concerns voiced on this great website. Those who bought at Costa Montana are being offerred a “deal” if they committed to finish the land purchase by mid-October. Has anyone taken advantage of this? It appears Costa Developers is marching down the coast with another potential development called The Reserve which is apparently located near Esterillos. I am glad to see this post on Costa Montana. Although they are completing the gatehouses have they recieved any permits to put in the roads and develop the property? What happens if they do not fufill on their committment will they give the money back? I am concerned, can anyone confirm this?

I haven’t seen any further responses to the Costa Developer questions. I have just received a nice packet and DVD on the Costa Developers project in called Costa Esterillos. Does anyone have experience with Costa Developers? Can anyone provide any insights on this project? Thanks!
