Costa Rica Banks – Banco Popular revisited

I checked with Banco Popular in FL. They’re owned by the same company that owns the banks in various other countries. However, there are two entities and they keep them separate. One is the U.S. and two others (I think Mexico and the Caribbean); the other is the rest of the world (or wherever).

So, while this is the same ownership, the banks in CR and the banks in the U.S. don’t work together in any way other than the way any other banks do.
