Does any one have any information on the house build by a Mr. Luis Diego Soto Clausen In Heredia.

I would like to know if any one that as purchased his homes, if they satisfied with the workmanship and if they have had any complaint. Would they recommend him to another person

I do not know of him, is he a big developer?

He as built four or five houses in Heredia as far as I can tell

Your chances of finding someone on our site that knows the work of this one builder are very limited indeed.

Since his experience is also fairly limited, I would suggest that before you even think about making an offer on one of his homes that you first have the home inspected by a professional to make sure all is well..

A person could do worse than to have that same inspector inspect the house he’s building for you as the work progresses and once it’s completed.
