I can tell you alot on that subject.. Coco condos will go up and are actually being built.. Mapache owns coco. there stuff is not that great.. they are doing a hotel on the top of the hill in COCO between Octal and Coco.. Costa Marina.. they are mapache but being built by the guys that did the four seasons. they started at 130k and not they are selling for 240k.. this is not even presale.. good deal . WATCH for the perfect deal it DOES NOT exsist. too many promises of stuff that will happen.. so stay in a development not too big so they pull out mid way and also when you go to look at property.. listen for the bulldozers . good luck…

I am from Atlanta, Ga and I am working with a developer that is a very good friend of mine. I just bought a condo from him that i am selling for 160K. It is 1292 sq ft. Coco is a great place to invest and will be the perfect place to retire to in a few years. I stayed at a place by Mapache a while ago and it was ok but there concos are small and 8 to a building. The condo i am selling is 2 condos a building and a lot more nice with more space. It is 3 miles from downtown coco vs. being located in downtown coco but is much more peaceful and you don’t have to worrie about the bulldousers, i feel the 4 min drive on paved road is werth saving 60K or so. If you want more information or pictures email me at 95altima1@altimas.net or call at 770-873-5553. Thanks,
    Travis
