As infrastructure is installed and completed(roads, drainage systems, electricity, telephone/cable and water hook ups) the development reflects the increased value of these infrastructure completions.
As the 16 homes under construction near completion, so does the value of the surrounding land increase.
Costa Developers is ahead of schedule, as far as their contractual(something I possess three of at Costa Montana Estates) obligations to their clients is concerned.
This is easily done whether the entire project is completed or not. Thank you.
