    I’m looking into buying a home at Samara. Does anyone have a recommendation for a realtor in the area? Has anyone worked with Costa Rica Emerald Forest Properties before? Thanks!

    … and let´s also not forget that all Realtors are paid by the seller…

    Although most Realtors will indeed look out for the buyer, too many of them only care about their commission which is paid by the seller.

    Hi,
    I own a place in the Samara area and I know most of the realtors. I believe that Emersld Forest Properties is a reputable company. We have met one of their reps Margie, she is very professional and handles a lot of the beach properties.

    I’d be very careful. A friend bought through this company and was told the property they wanted to buy had water and was okay to build on. They bought it and found out it wasn’t true.
