Costa Rica land development co. info?

Does anyone have any information on a land development co. called ‘Costa Vista Land’ developing a gated community called ‘Coyolito Estates’ near Manzanillo Beach in the Golf of Nicoya?

I toured the land with the developer back in March. Their office is in Sabanilla.

What were your thoughts about the property, land, co. etc. I am looking to place a deposit very soon on a lot and will be visiting in April. Just want to make sure they do exist! Thanks

You should tour the property before committing any money. They do exist. I visited their office in Sabanilla, went on a property tour with them.
