I just read this from a Costa Rican newspaper.
Authoridad Reguladora de Servicios Publicos is a Costa Rican gov’t agency that regulates gas, water, buses, taxis, airport transport, ports, electricity and gasoline.
The agency just begun a new phone system for complaints for any services mentioned above.
Here is the number: 6000-273737 (8am-6pm)everyday including weekends.
And what is it you would like to discuss jtd2?
From AM Costa Rica today:
The number is 8000-273737, said the agency, the Authoridad Reguladora de Servicios Públicos. The service also can be used once private Internet and telephone service goes into operation later this year.
