Any one out there who can refer me to a pool dealer (hopefully english speaking). I am looking for an 18 to 24 ft x 42″ deep Round above ground pool. Not the soft sided inflatable top ones.
I am in Atenas, moving into La Catalunas Residential…….so anywhere San Jose area would be great.

Someplace in Santa Ana, along the road between the Panasonic factory and the autopista that runs to the MultiPlaza and PriceSmart, and on the same side of the road as the AutoMercado, there’s a place that advertises “piscinas and aquaria” or something like that. Please, please, excuse my fading memory and awful Spanish.
Regardless, I’m sure someone told me that they handle pool supplies, furniture, etc, and maybe they can provide an above-ground pool. You’ll have to snoop around in the strip malls in that neighborhood to find the place I’m talking about, but I’m certain there is a sign that’s visible from the road.

.. and on the road that leads from the highway (MultiPlaza exit) towards Paco, after you pass Aliss about 200M frurther along on the left hand side is a big store that sells everything for pools and designs them too. I did visit them once to ask about prices …

The store is called Aquarium, and, yes, it has almost everything you could want for or by (beside) your pool. It also has excellent service in several languages…AND knows how to set prices!! High.
