I personally like to see who posts ads here against the rules. It helps me eliminate realtors or developers with whom not to do business. I have a folder marked with web sites to avoid labeled do not use these sellers/suppliers.
Great point John! If only Paragon was allowed to post ads and folks followed your idea… there would be a few thousand less ripped off disappointed lot owners out there! I can’t wait to see the fall-out on that mess. The pictures Scott posted did have a natural rustic look to them… however I think the folks that spent the big $$$$ for those lots were hoping not to have to rough camp at their new homes!
