Well i did lose my money and who knows how many others. But the scums are out of business. I only wish them a future of failures.
I would recommend that you do not do business with Brad Hogan or Carlos Zungia. They are XXXXXXX and I hope they will be put in jail for XXXXXXX buisness practices.

September 15, 2008 at 12:26 am #192503BanderaMemberMr Hugo Salazar
Is a renound Criminal attorney that I would recommend to anyone. He is a very hard worker and he does not charge $275 an hour like some attorney’s recommended here. Hugo uses yahoo messenger to talk to his non Spanish speaking clients. Sr Hugo as I call him, retrieved my corporate books back from my former lawyer and his wife by filing an action in criminal court last December. The prosecuter of the case delivered a court order last March to my former attorney to return the books to me in 5 days of the judge (Juez) will put him in jail. You see if you are wronged, Costa Rica’s Penal Code has more teeth. If you want Hugo to look over your case he charges $40US. His rates may have gone up but they are no where near what the highest law firm in the country charges. Scott should really ask Hugo to write an article here instead of the pricey firms. After all there are people of moderate means here as VIP members.
Be careful in the future

BBESeptember 19, 2008 at 8:03 pm #192504CVLMemberCosta Vista Land, S.A. “CVL” is NOT out of business! CVL was bought out of their current lease by the bank. CVL is expanding their marketing efforts during these soft economic times.
September 20, 2008 at 9:44 pm #192505BanderaMemberSo where is your secret location? And what about these accuzations?
StanSeptember 23, 2008 at 1:53 pm #192506CVLMemberNo time for the Na-Sayers and Non-factual rambling. With thousands of transactions I would be surprised if there weren’t a few we don’t see eye to eye with. We fulfill all contractual obligations and do absolutely everything in our power to make our clients happy.
I would think this is a case for your respected Criminal Attorney. “If you can’t win in court, smear them in public”.
Try buying a house and deciding a week later you want a “Refund”.
Our phone and email have never changed.September 24, 2008 at 12:18 pm #192507rcpoppellMembercan you provide an e-mail address?
September 24, 2008 at 12:41 pm #192508CHEETAH6609MemberIf this is Non-factual rambling and fulfilling your contractual obligations, then where is my money that you won’t return?
This is not over. Mr. Huggo Salazar, on my behalf, is lodging a complaint for estafa before the public prosecutor and they will initate an investigation.
We will see how many other happy clients you have.September 24, 2008 at 1:38 pm #192509CVLMemberYou make no sense. Posing a question, you put your non-factual rambling together with us fulfilling our contractual obligations. Do you understand these are two different points?
At this juncture, turning the matter over to the legal system is the right thing.September 24, 2008 at 5:16 pm #192510CHEETAH6609MemberThis was not a question but, a statement about your failure to fulfill your contractual obligations. You are running a scam. I am prepared to post all of your
E-mail responses stating that I am entitled to a refund of my deposit but, you kept making excuses. I will continue to keep the public notified of your dishonesty. I will also let them know what ever names you decide to use.

This is not a forum for arguing. You two need to sit down with Hugo and the firm’s attorney and resolve this matter. Cheetah ask Hugo if you should be doing this in a public forum.
