    I’m posting this not only because it’s an event but it’s also a nice place to meeting new people of similar mind.

    DEMOCRATS ABROAD MEETING – THIS Sat. May 31 (the last Sat. of each month)

    WHEN: THIS Sat. May 31 9:30am-noon
    WHERE: Aurola Holiday Inn in Downtown SAN JOSE (523-1000), 3rd floor.
    CONTRIBUTION: 5,000 colons ($10) for coffee break

    TOPIC: Brent Israelsen, editor of The Tico Times, will talk on Freedom of the Press in Costa Rica and Central America. Talk will begin after the break.
