    Does anyone out there have any info on a large gated development (over 100 acres) in the extreme south Pacific coast area called “Villa Ives Kena” by Paradigma Construction? Thank you

    Check out their website they even have the contracts on it! It looks like a great deal.
    $80 a square metre for an unspecified (500m) lot financed over 5 years, with title given when you pay off or when they develop the lot which ever is LATER. Seems too good to be true!

    Did you find the information you are interested in? I purchased over 100 lots in the villa ives kena development at the beginning of 2007 and have been dealing with the developer for several months.
