I know several people just returned from Costa Rica to check out their property at Costaricanlandsales. If you come on this site please post your experience and thoughts.
we just got back from this property. Met with patrick, one of the developers. I liked what i saw. The property is 20 to 25 minutes to downtown Manuel Antonio. They have the roads in and are now doing the infrastructure. The roads are rough, but all the gravel, etc. has not been put down yet. The views are different, depending on where your particular lot is. But for the most part the views are pretty nice.
