someone must know this guy. his blue heeler has been found according to this other post. i hope he can be located. i already have one blue heeler; that last thing i need to do is rescue another one.

Moon at the beach today w/ another Tico dog. I contacted the Avid service from
the tag but his phone number is disconnected. The dog was registered as lost in
Costa Rica in July. If anyone knows how to contact John Hurtkeith please let me
