Does anyone know the company Grupo Utopia?

I came across this company on the internet. According to their literature, they are “Founded by David Anderson, “Father,” of the Call Center Industry in Costa Rica.” They claimed to be setting up a section of their company offering turnkey types of services to people moving to Costa Rica. One of their past business clients happened to be the company that I currently work for, so I sent an email asking them for references within my company that I could contact. I haven’t heard back from anyone yet and was wondering if it was worth trying to pursue. Has anyone come across them?

I have never heard of him but that doesn’t mean he’s not good at what he does.

Unfortunately, I could not see what he does in Costa Rica because his website is chock full of US politics.
