driving from usa to costa rica

planning on driving down to cr in my van and staying for 3 months.I have been to cr 12 times in last 10 years and speak fluent spannish.I was wondering how long I can keep van legally in cr?Can I drive across boarder and back to add more time?

you will only be able to do twice 3 months and leaving the car 3 days in nica or panama. after you need to take it out 3 months to restart the process. i did it during 1 year and a half. i drove to cr and came back by boat
