    Is that available in CR and if so are the costs generally reasonable or ridiculously prohibitive as it is here in So. CA.? Thx.

    Prices are very reasonable and the earthquake coverage seems to always come with your basic homeowners package. I have been quite surprised. 5 years with INS and currently with Lafise. There always is a deductible but it also is reasonable.
