Does anyone know a really experienced electrician or electrical engineer who speaks Engish, can deal with ICE, and can come to Turrialba to evaluate a problem?
David,
I do not personally know of an electrician, but on another forum, this person has been highly recommended: Dan Schild who is a US trained electrician, accustomed to completing installations to real world standards. 8388-5437 or 2453-2155. The recommendation does not speak to his ability to deal with ICE or willingness to travel. It is someplace to start, however.

Dan is definitely your man! However, he is currently in the USA until next Monday.
He resides in Palmares and does travel to other parts of the country. You can discuss ICE issues with him. He did all the electrical work on our home and we are completely satisfied.

Thank God! and thank you both for an answer. I can certainly wait until Monday.
