    Thanks Dkt2u. I own in the infamous C.H’s. I think you know the one, I bought in the first phase at $6M2. They really came through the place looks great and is complete as you know. They just sposored a home expo that a friend went to and said it was pretty cool. The Costa projects are really quite pricey, I have seen some re sale lots asking over $200k for non ocean view! And it seems that none are complete as far as infrastructure goes?
