fidecomiso and S.A

does anyone here have any information regarding the use of fidecomiso to replace using S.A. for holding property and vehicles etc??

i recently sold a car and the buyers attorney transferred the car from my S.A. to a fidecomsio

pros/cons

which by the way i believe and I could be wrong would NOT be included in the S.A. corp taxes

would love to hear feedback
