Finding a friend living in Costa Rica

I just thought that I would try to contact a friend who has been living in Costa Rica for many years, and I have lost contact with him.
If any one can help it would be greatly appreciated.

There is no Paul Holderman listed in the telephone book in any region of Costa Rica … Which doesn’t mean he’s not here, but may mean he is renting a home rather than owning one.

Does anyone know this gentleman?
