Are there any restrictions as to getting mailed items from the States?
medications and supplements by mail. medications I have heard can be approved by the ministry of health but I have also heard you would have a birthday before you get them. you can bring them in your luggage or someone else can bring them in for you. we have our med delivered in the states and have someone bring them in or we bring them in when we go. Here you can almost always get a ten per cent discount for cash. If you don’t ask for it you don’t get it.
When you receive your goods by mail, you will probably pay duty on them, and this often means traveling to a specific town to pick them up and often requires a broker…which can end up being both expensive and an ‘all day affair’.

We have all sorts of things ‘confiscated’ including dog treats because the ingredients label on them was not in Spanish…
