Im looking for a good lawyer in the San Ramon area to assist me in obtaining my citizenship when I marry my tica fiancée in September.
You have plenty of time to find one as you can’t apply for citizenship for two years after marrying yourTica. You can, however, apply for Temporary residency.
Check the information posted below “IMMEDIATE RELATIVE PETITION” near the bottom of the article.
Good luck.
Thanks for the response. I did read it a couple of months ago but forgot to respond.
My situation has now changed and I’m no longer engaged but now in Costa Rica and looking for a good lawyer in the San Ramon area that can help me with my residency.
