Does anyone know what this means? We bought a property and it is registered with our names, the seller paid off his mortgage at closing, his mortgage has been taken off the deed, but this gravamen sin monto still remains under citas de inscripcion.
We have emailed several times the lawyer who handled the transaction but he does not respond.
Also, the plano shows the name of the owner who originally registered the property, not ours, and not even the seller who sold it to us. How can we get that updated to reflect our name?
I don’t mean to be rude but your not going to get legal advice in a Discussion forum so please do get yourselves an attorney that will work for YOU and protect YOUR interests
