Great Insurance experience!

We recently bought a nice house on the beach and are starting to remodel. As you might imagine patience is key. We have had issues every step of the way and the absolute worst thus far believe it or not was buying insurance. San Jose broker would not return calls (after intitial contact) and my attorney’s wife is an agent and she wouldn’t respond.

I was getting worried until I found this lady; Mariela Diaz Chacon…I wanted to give her the thumbs up for several reasons as follows:
1. she is very responsive…returns calls and emails.
2. her english is as good as mine..
3. she knows the coverages. I own an insurance agency in Houston, TX and when I ask tough coverage questions she knew the answer.

So, if you need insurance, home, auto or otherwise I would without a doubt recommend Mariela.

I believe she works all over the place…She lives in Herredia or Alejela, and she has an office in San Jose and Quepos…She is that area at least 2 days per week.

I would definitely recommend her.
