Can anyone tell me what 215m2 would be like in square footage? Also we are buying property in S. Parrita. How is the area? Thanks. We are going down 6-22 and can’t wait!
215M2 X 10.76 = Your square footage
Scott
Also keep in mind that in Costa Rica terraces, garages and etc. are considered part of the square footage when building a home.
This is actually becoming less common but it’s certainly a good idea to double-check with the people you are dealing with …
Ask them for the measurements of the total house and then ask specifically for the measurements of each area.

Scott, you have the wrong conversion. Here is the correct ratio:
1 Sq Meter = 10.76391 Sq Feet
So the answer to the question is:
215 Sq Meter = 2,314.2 Sq Feet
John
I used 10.76 for simplification purposes, you used 10.76391
Don’t think too many people would have noticed the missing 0.84065 in square feet but thanks for pointing that out…
Scott
Boy, do I feel stupid.
I thought your reply said: 215M2 = 10.76 Your square footage
but it was correct. It said 215M2 X 10.76 = Your square footage
I guess I need new eyeglasses. Sorry.
This is a right answer!
