    Marina in Jaco? No but there is one coming north of Los Suenos. It will be fresh water with a lock to the ocean. It is in construction now.

    Thats the guy good move on that. The important questionn is how many projects has this guy built? Hermosa Highlands looks the same today as it did back then.

    People you mean the sales people? Keep looking do you want to live in the clouds? Alot of money for a project that hasnt laid one brick. I found the owner to be alittle shaddy, and driving 100mph to the top of that mountain doesnt mean its close to the beach.

    Hermosa Highlands is a massive rip-off. Stay far, far away. Way over budget, and they can’t pay their vendors.
