Does anyone know about the quality and depth of care at this hospital?
I know of one person who was treated there for a serious infection to a cut she got while surfing. They provided very good care and were able to get her fixed up. The doctor spoke some English but not much. I was in a public hospital in Nicoya and although by U.S. standards it was a wake up call, overall the care was good and my doctor seemed very competant. When I was later checked out in CIMA, the Doc there thought the meds prescibed could have been more specific to my condition and was in slight disagreement about the treatment although what was done was fine. All in all I felt much more comfortable at CIMA as there level of care from soup to nuts was A1!
