I am interested in purchasing a property in Heredia & am looking for a house inpector from around that area. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks

I would recommend Jere McKinney of Costa Rica Home Inspections. Jere is from the U.S, but has lived in Costa Rica for over twenty years. He is a resident of Ciudad Colon, a town just west of San Jose, and is available to travel to where ever the inspection is needed. Within the Report you will find the Housing Cost Analysis which I provide completed with all the costs involved to prospective owners of homes so they know what shape the home is currently in as well as what it will cost to remodel and add the amenities they would like to have installed.
