I have talked to a couple of the “development companies” mentioned in the subject of “I don’t want to loose my shirt again” and am glad to find this information. One question I have about the World Wide Land Investment Co. If the “Original Owner” is as dubious as it appears, is there a “New Owner” and what about his/her ligitimacy??
I have searched the Internet feverishly trying to find some real information regarding development projects in the Colorado,Guanacaste area that this company is promoting.
Does anyone know of development projects that is definately planned to make these land plots there profitable over a relatively short time – say 2 to 5 years?
What kind of area is it? Are there any existing roads leading to it?
I also read something about a mud pit? I have seen pictures overlooking the gulf and it does seem to have something resembling mud before the coast of the gulf.
Thank you to anyone who offers real information!!
You wil find numerous comments about the World Wide Land Investment Co. group on another forum at:
with Google Earth maps of the development and at
