If I am understanding the new changes Scott posted (about temporary residency status)I need to find an attorney in both the US and CR. I kept Scott’s recommendation for the CR attorney, but does anyone know or know of an attorney that would be competant in CR immigration laws in the Fort Myers, Naples or even Ft Lauderdale areas? I need to decide whether to seek investor residency status or if I would be better off under one of the subtypes for now? Does anyone know if the investor status can become a permanent status after 3 yrs? I enjoy these forums. You have all been helpful.
