Does anyone have any information on the Villa Ives Kena development in the South Pacific Area of Costa Rica and the developer Paradigma Construccion? They are selling lots in this development under a contract to purchase for title and you get the actual title in 5 years. Is this how new developments are usually sold? Are there any articles in the newspapers about their developments?
You should get legal title to your land 30-45 days after you have finished paying for it and after you have registered the new ownership in the Registro Nacional

Take pre caution. That is all I can say with these guys. They have alot of projects but not alot of results.
Take a lot at the contract they publish on line.

You pay $39,000 over five years for a small lot, but the title is only delivered when they develop it which could take longer than five years.
“Title will be delivered at the end of the development stage and/or the final payoff, which ever is the later.”
