Just wondering why the condos in Jaco have basically been turned into hotels. Is Costa Rica Real Estate doing that poorly nowadays?

Hi, I am contracted for 4 of these units.. There is at least one other member / owner on the board.
To clarify the first post – the units were from the beginning conceived as condo/hotel…
To me the rental pool / cash flow prospects low maintenance match my objectives while I wait till I can finally retire…
I monitor a lot of sites on CR real estate and there has been very few people trying to sell their units…
There was a write up of the project on this board…can’t say if it still exists..
