    Was told by the owner of a gun store,yesterday, that [i]if you have a Tico in your SA, possibly your lawyer, [i]they[/i] can purchase a weapon on [i]your behalf[/i].[/i] But, is this more ‘risky’ than it is worth? It won’t help with a carry permit, obviously.
