Let me start by stating I am not asking for legal advice. I remember reading somewhere that Costa Rica has a law that has the word “Silencio” in it that basically says if a government entity doesn’t give you an answer within a reasonable amount of time, it is the same as giving you permission. Does anyone know what situations this pertains to? I am trying to get a building permit and cannot get an answer. I have searched the forums here, so I am not sure where I read about this.
Thanks
Sounds like you should get legal advice!
