Visit first, [i]before[/i] you make any decisions! If you are going to be on a strict budget, you will have to chose wisely. To run A/C is expensive…but not always necessary. Running a car is expensive but public transportation is not.
The savings are not like what they were a few years ago, so to save 25-30% may not be possible. The drop of the exchange rate here, will work against you, and many of the rest of us, and if you have read recently on this forum, some have had to return to their previous homeland.
